Bat Exclusions
We perform Bat Exclusions in a safe and humane manner. Bats are not rodents and they are a natural pesticide. Many bats are protected and we never want to hurt or kill bats! However, we do not want bats in our homes, warehouses, buildings or structures causing damage.
Inspection
Where are the bats getting in? We do a thorough inspection looking for missing roof shingles, deteriorating eaves, holes in soffits, etc.

Cleanup
The mess must be thoroughly removed, deodorized, and disinfected. Bats easily sniff out a prior roost. The guano could also contain a fungus that may cause a serious respiratory infection called histoplasmosis in humans
Repair
We repair all entry points found in the inspection phase.
